These calls act as an opportunity for us to assess if we are the right fit for working together.

Please note consultations are an opportunity for you to share where you are in life but are not guidance or coaching sessions in themselves. These calls are primarily for me to gain an insight into your needs, challenges, goals and intentions; as well as an opportunity for you to ask any questions about my frameworks, lens or experience.

Should we be a compatible fit for working together, you’ll receive an invitation to book a transformational coaching or sacred medicine guidance session pack.

1:1 COACHING & MEDICINE GUIDANCE SESSIONS

All information shared in our sessions will remain confidential. I provide a non-judgemental, trauma educated, safe space where all of you is welcomed. Whilst expressions of crying and raging are welcomed, please be assured that no racist, sexist, xenophobic or homophobic language will be tolerated.   • Please schedule your session a minimum of 24hours in advance or email in emergency prior to booking,

  • No shows on the day will not be refunded,

  • Please give at least 24hrs notice prior should you need to reschedule a time/date.
