Guidance with me will cover tools/methods to assist you in identifying your intention and provide you with a holistic road map for preparing for your first intentional sacred mushroom journey, covering all the nuances that most guides don’t. We’ll cover intention setting and essential holistic mind-body-spirit preparation, as well as harm reduction tools for navigating the experience.

Preparing the soil: Introspection & Intention Setting - we will clarify your why?

The physical experience: What to expect, dosages & harm reduction. We will decide on one ceremony or two, discuss aspects such as mystical experiences & ego dissolution.

Holistic preparation for body, mind and spirit including a dieta, altar work, somatic centring/grounding practises.

Managing Resistance & Navigating Challenges: Spotlighting the possible challenges that may arise on the journey, how to manage them, how to prepare mentally for easing resistance.

*Sessions are 60mins in duration, bookings require a minimum commitment of x3 sessions.

Integration is a journey, a path and a process best anchored in a container of trauma informed care and support.

This can be needing self nurturing guidance after a challenging or overwhelming experience, or in grounding and meaning making afterwards.

Integration is key for maximising the wisdom imparted on the journey itself. Utilising insights as a foundation to seed change and new growth requires commitment and accountability, I support you in building practical action steps to implement the shifts you are seeking.

Depending on where you are based in the world, Integration sessions with me can be in person (*additional costs maybe incurred) and via zoom.

These might include nature bathing excursions, guided meditations, written exercises, creative or somatic embodiment guided sessions, including art therapy and shadow work. exercises.

Sacred Medicine Intensive Program.

Weather you are wanting to shed the weight of grief, restore your vitality, heal trauma, resolve historic wounding, shed colonial programming or forge deeper connection with the ancestors in the spirit realms, sacred (psychedelic) medicine ceremonies act as a catalyst for activating dormant gifts, restoring the bodies innate intelligence, shedding inherited /societal wounding whilst triggering profound healing and liberation due the consciousness expansion they enable through neurogenesis.

Medicine ceremonies can illicit the dismantling of out-dated programming, habitual conditioned tendencies and limiting beliefs that create blockages and stagnancy.

Utilising t e duality of my contemporary, science backed training and ancestral rooted initiation, I curate potent, spirit centred, bespoke individual and small group ceremonies for up to four participants.

Rooted in ancestral, earth ritual and ancient indigenous wisdom. These events are micro retreats facilitated over the course of 1-3 days dependent on your circumstances. Your experience will be supported with three prior preparation sessions and inclusive of three post ceremony integration coaching calls.
