As the global south endures a rampant increase of neocolonialism, and the west suffers a degradation of democracy people of the diaspora have an urgent and ethical responsibility to reconnect, reclaim and re-story their cultural histories and narratives.

When the land fights back, will we listen then? Climate disaster is our first mother, planet Earth resisting the violence of excessive extraction, pollution and over consumption of her natural resources.
